I ordered 4 boxes of flooring that was supposed to be ready for pickup on the 4th. The day of, I check the status and it said delayed and has said the same thing since. No notification, no email nothing. So I call this afternoon on the 7th and stay on hold for over 20 minutes, after some lady assured me four separate times someone would be right with me, only for someone to pick up the call and hang up without saying anything. Some customer service. Yall get worse every year.

I love how this store is clean and always have what I'm looking for when I come. However, the customer service is not the best. There has been more than once occurance that I have been at the counter and they'll stop to answer the phone, help the person on the phone, and then get back to me. The lady this morning, Denay, didn't want to do my tax exempt sale and did the same thing. This isn't the first time. The cashier's tell me to go to customer service to checkout for tax exempt and customer service tells me to go to customer service. Some consistency would be appreciative.
There was an incident when I was told to go to customer service to check out. There was a long line at customer service, but I waited. A salesman/ solicitor walked in and line jumped everyone and went straight to the counter to try to solicit Lowe's business. Rather than telling him to go to and wait in line like everyone else, they clogged up an entire cash register lollygagging and talking to this man. Leaving one clerk to wait on everyone and what was already a backed up line. It took three and male employees to stand around in lollagac with the salesman. Meanwhile, the cashier was left to tend the long line by themselves. The cashier did get the line by themself and then they all dispersed after she was able to get the line down.

Ordered online and went to pick up. A few of our lumber pieces were pretty messed up. Sharon went beck into the store and rifled through lumber to get us the best pieces. Great service!

Love this store! Everyone is kind and willing to go the extra mile. I bought new construction house and used them for everything (appliances, ceiling fans, blinds, mower, all fencing material) They blow Home Depot Pace out of the water with their customer service!

My family and I went into Lowes to purchase some grass seed for some dead spots we have in our yard and Justin was there to help. Justin was super knowledgeable and took the time to help us with all of the questions we had. We went in about 3 weeks ago and our grass is already looking so much better! Thank you, Justin!

Always pleasant and efficient. My only complaint is that on the web site it tells you the aisle and bay that the item is in , however it is never where the site says it is!

Couldn't order an item in store that was available online. They said they couldn't even see it on their system? Then the App wouldn't accept the credit card information along with a $200 gift card. Finally ordered via the website. It was a major hassle on a phone but got it done. Said it would be here Monday. Hadn't gotten any messages so I checked my email tonight (Wednesday). Item supposedly arrived a week ago and now the order has been cancelled because it wasn't picked up. But it wasn't supposed to be here until 2 days ago on Monday. I could have gotten the item cheaper elsewhere but I had gotten a Lowe's gift card as a gift and needed to use it. Now I know why I shop at Home Depot.
