“Went in on a whim just to ask if they had bed frames in stock, as I needed one quickly and would've rather not had to wait for online shipping. They had plenty in stock and helped me select the best one along with offering me various price options. The service was very good, fast, and polite! The man who took my order (I feel awful that I cannot remember his name) even loaded the bed frame right into my car. I would highly recommend this small business to anyone needing mattresses and/or bed accessories.”

“We had an ongoing, months long dispute with the warranty company over a defective couch that we had recently purchased. I tried many times to resolve the issue on my own. but all my efforts failed. I finally became so frustrated that I reached out to Nick, the store manager. At that point my expectations were so low that I thought it was a waste of time for me to pursue the issue. I met Nick at the store and explained my situation and all of the attempts that I had made to resolve the issue. He immediately went to work on my problem and in a few days had not only resolved my issue, he went over and above to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied. He introduced me to Michelle who was a big help in choosing another living room set. Another employee, Victoria, was also a big help. I can't say enough about the special treatment we received in the store. Everyone was so kind and helpful, we left completely satisfied. Thanks again to everyone who helped and especially Nick, who definitely believes in customer satisfaction.”

“Today was truly a Good Morning! This was the first day in a while that I didn't wake up in pain.Although it took a bit longer than I was told to get my mattress delivered, it was worth the wait. I slept so good and feel even better today. No pain! The men here are very helpful and friendly. Dean made sure to show me a few other models of mattress before I made my final decision. He even made sure to explain all the good things about my new purchase.”

“In 2022, my wife and I purchased an expensive matress from Matress Firm. Our box spring wasn't added to the order and wasn't discovered until delivery. The sales Manager was disorganized and it was a mess. My wife was never a fan of the bed...so...at the recommendation of a family member, we visited your store late on a Monday evening. Maggie welcomed us and patiently waited while we told her everything that was wrong with our current bed. She chose to let us make up our own mind(s) by laying on each matress. She raised and lowered each setting and then let us know which setting took pressure away in our sleep positions. I was at #40. Although we were near closing time, she never rushed us and showed every feature. She also chose not to comment when my big toe found the hole in my sock!!. We made our choice the following day after she sent a text to thank us. After completing the app by phone, we were good to go. She followed up before delivery and everything was perfect. The delivery guys were awesome and Doug from your Company called to confirm delivery since Maggie was off that day. Great experience...if Maggie runs for Mayor or President, we are Voting for her!! “I purchased the Rawcliffe Section from Ashley and everything was great and seamless from ordering to delivery. Troy (salesman) was wonderful, and great at answering questions and helping me choose the perfect piece. The delivery was excellent and I loved that they sent a tracking link to get a more accurate time frame on the day of delivery. It made it so easy to plan my day and not sit at home wondering all day. The delivery guys were wonderful and put the furniture together and placed it how we wanted it. It was a great experience. If you’re shopping for a sectional sofa, 10/10 recommend the Rawcliffe sectional, it is one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. I look forward to lots of family movie nights!”
