Mattress Outlet provides an excellent experience with great prices and outstanding service. The customer service is very good, professional, and extremely helpful and kind. Staff are knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful, helping customers stay within their budget. They are known for an awesome consultation to fit customers with the proper sleeping system. The delivery is excellent, timely, and they honor their commitments, with staff even personally delivering to ensure service. The return policy is great. With an excellent experience and great prices for several hundreds less dollars than traditional stores, they are highly and definitely recommended. The customer care and service are worth the trip.

Shopped around a bit in Pensacola and found the king size we wanted here. Excellent service! Mike was great and got our bed delivered in 2 days!
