I took my three kids yesterday. It was busy checking out but the cashier, Cindy (I hope I remember her name right) was SO kind and genuine. She went up and beyond to help our experience checking out- was super sweet to my kids- and helped us feel like we were important customers. We need more people like Cindy!

Michael's has just about everything you need for crafts. Self-serve kiosks do not take gift cards sold by Micheal's, so employees should not act like it is a burden to complete a sale.
