My wife took my daughter to the minute clinic since they were open till 1930. Got there around 1910 and there was no one waiting. Staff member came out and said we don't see patients after 1900. If that's the case, why would you post that your hours are till 1930? Very poor customer service.

I went in last minute today with a fever. I suspected I had Covid and the NP Ms Brook was so kind and patient with me. She was on time, asked all the right questions to properly diagnose me and had me out of the door in no time. I brought my kids with me and they were loud and running around and Ms Brook was so patient and showed them all of her instruments and told them every step she was doing while she was seeing me. I am thankful for such a sweet lady with a lot of knowledge. Thumbs up CVS! Thank you

Yeah this place is a joke! My kids have Covid symptoms and have been exposed to Covid and she wants to Question us on why we want them tested?!?!? Yeah I get other viruses can cause a sore throat but I wanted them tested for strep and Covid! I’ve had Covid 4 times and it all started out with a sore throat and runny nose!! Lpn Brooke is an absolute joke.

What a joke! You’re met with a girl (NP) who does not even want to touch you.. maybe it’s because of her gold Rolex and big diamond ring that she acts like you’ve got the plague! She legit would not even move my hair to take my temperature as she was double masked, wearing safety goggles!!! And to be billed $300 for absolutely nothing what an absolute waste of money!!

I went in for my appointment today and was seen right away. I saw NP Winfield and she was so kind, caring and did an exceptional job in explaining everything. You can tell that she loves her job and really cares about the patients that she sees. I would definitely recommend CVS MinuteClinic in Pace to everyone.

Was there a few days ago to get a covid test since I tested positive with home test, the test was negative, took another home test after and it was positive. Felt as if she didn't do the test correctly. Have been there twice for a test and the first time was negative and checking my vitals, was sent to er because the bp was slightly high. Went to er and they weren't concerned since it wasn't that high, was told not to go back to this clinic. They don't seem to be very accurate with anything.

I am only given two stars because the LPN was super nice and did her job well..however the main nurse seemed to not have confidence in her ability to do her job. I went in because I suspected a UTI . She basically said she couldn't help me or treat me and sent me to the hospital. The doctor here seems to think I have the flu and he is testing me we are waiting for results. I want you all to know that she then turned around and tried to charge me $175!!!! For that visit ! For what??? I will never go back . That was a total waste of time and money . I am truly not one to make complaints like this but I do hope she will show more confidence in her ability to treat and truly care about her patience

We just got here to work on a home we bought. Discovered we had left my husband’s service dog’s vest with epipen back in Arkansas. The APRN saw him right away and went over his history and the need for the epipens. About 30 minutes and we had a prescription for epipen which was promptly filled.

I had a great experience here yesterday. I didn't want to wait forever at an urgent care that had horrible reviews so I came to Minute clinic. I waited maybe 8 minutes to be seen after checking in for my 5 pm appointment I made on the CVS website. I was asked for my ID and I had left it at home! The Nurse practitioner was nice enough to let me leave to get it and come back and still walk right back in to my appointment! Unheard of.Her name is Laura Bradford, NP. She is very thorough, kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything little thing that's going on with me. She gave me very helpful explanations and suggestions about treatment and medication. I recommend visiting her.The service was a bit pricey but that is to be expected. I don't currently have insurance. The visit cost $139. This included a very thorough exam, information, advice and a doctor's note for my job.I was not prescribed anything. I have bronchitis and was told antibiotics weren't recommended. I bought some mucinex and followed her advice (several treatments including saline rinse, humidifier, tylenol, salt water gargle, lozenges, fluid intake, rest, etc.) So far I'm feeling better.I also found out I have high blood pressure and received information and suggestions on how to proceed with monitoring and getting the numbers down. All in all I think I would have spent more and received less care at an urgent care, and had a way worse experience there. I'm glad I went to Minute clinic instead.

If I could leave a zero star rating, I would. The lady who claims to run this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a rapid covid test and left my house 45 prior to my scheduled time. While driving I noticed a detour due to the hwy 98 bridge being closed. I knew I wouldn't make it on time so I immediately called the number listed online for that store. I explained to the person who took the call that I was going to be 10 minutes late due to the detour and asked if I could still be seen. She said there was a 15 minute grace period and asked if I thought I would make it within the grace period. My GPS said I would, which put me there 10 minutes late. She said I would be seen so I continued to my appointment. A few minutes later I received a call from CVS minute clinic asking if I was there. I explained why I was late and told her I just spoke to someone who said the had a 15 minute grace period. The lady then very rudely stated "there is no grace period". She then said this was her minute clinic and she didn't know who I talked to. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I totally understand not being able to be seen for being late , but there was absolutely no reason for her to be rude and accuse me of lying. There were so many other ways she could have handle the situation. None of which she thought as a medical professional she should do. No way I would want someone like that representing my business.

I arrived about 5 minutes before opening time and checked in at the kiosk. The nurse was polite and professional, answered all my questions and prescribed medication that needed which I was able to pick up at the pharmacy beside the clinic. All in all, the best medical clinic experience I've had ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My daughter had been complaining about her ears so I ran down to the minute clinic. Online says they are open until 6:30 and accept walk ins. I arrived around 5:55 and there were no other guest waiting. The doctor was in the room with a patient so I waited. When she came out at 6:15 she told me that she could not see any more patients. So I am the only one there with my daughter and they don’t close until 6:30, plenty of time to do an ear check. But I guess the doctor would rather leave 15 minutes early than help her customers. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.
