Today I had a really rough day involving random charges on my card. The staff at the front even though they could see and hear I was very frustrated due to unfortunate circumstances were very kind and understanding while giving me useful advice. I can not recall their names but the one lady was at the reception. Desk and the other lady was working in the office. Hopefully their supervisors read this review and recognize them. The time was approximately 1pm when I walked in.

I had to visit your office on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 and Danielle from the Pace, FL Navy Federal Credit Union went over the mountains and through the woods to help resolve an ongoing issue I had with my visa credit card(which is a review for another day). She was extremely patient and professional (with both parties involved!)in spite of having to work almost 2 hours past closing time!! Not once did she suggest I come back during working hours, express frustration, or impatience but was resolved, ensuring there was a solution before I left her office. I have not experienced this sort of customer service in a very long time. I can see she is valuable asset to your organization and I hope she is recognized for her dedication.

Doing away with the drive though is a big inconvenience, especially to anyone who’s possibly disabled. The drive through is supposed to be a quick in and out, avoiding long lines inside.

Wow! Just had the best banking experience ever. There's a host person that acknowledges you when you walk in and notifies a banking person who you are and why you're there. We only waited 1-2 minutes, so quick! It's a simple thing but not all banks do it any more.
We had such a fantastic encounter with Aleeshia! She is so welcoming and friendly, totally makes you feel well taken care of. Aleeshia is also so knowledgeable and gave us helpful suggestions that we would not have thought up on our own. We really our enjoyed our experience!

I’ve been with Navy Federal for over a year, and it’s been a refreshing change from my previous “Regional” bank. Their fee-free checking, mobile check deposits, abundant ATMs, top-notch services, and polite professionalism have won me over. Even when I show up 10 minutes before closing due to work, they handle it graciously. While they were busy when I needed investment advice, I eventually found someone. My money feels safe here. Thank you, Navy Federal, for being more than just a bank!

Overweight teller made me run my ID for an exchange on 20 dollars for a roll of quarters, waste of my time, it wasn’t even required.

New client at Pace Navy Federal Credit Union. Recently moved to Florida from North Carolina and require a local institution. The joining process was handled efficiently and with great courtesy. I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with Navy Federal.

Can't leave a Zero Rating. Absolutely not enough employees or, not enough qualified employees. The wait is ridiculous. Wish I could show photographs of at least two (2) dormant 'workers'.

I have had a positive interaction each time I've been to the Pace branch - regardless of being a little disheveled (#SAHMlife) sometimes or having to bring my toddler with me. The employees have always been genuinely kind, understanding and helpful whether I met with a teller or a banker to get my needs met. I find myself preferring to go in person to handle transactions if I can because it's always been such a good experience.
