“Omg! The first person I asked that happened to be stocking didn’t know anything and was not willing to help me. Then I saw Sean sitting in the front desk by the doors.Shawn was amazing! He even knew where my needed item was that wasn’t even on the regular shelf. Then he noted that two of my items I needed were on special sale so I bought extra. He even understood about my specific ink problem. He went out of his way to check the situation and resolve problems. Plus, he was nice, funny and so polite. I will definitely return to the store because of him.”
“I want to compliment Josh, the print shop manager. I called a couple of days ago to see if I could get a duplicate receipt for my bookkeeper, and the guy who answered the phone was pretty much no help. He told me to come into the store and the would see what the could do. So I asked for a manager and was connected to Josh. He was so helpful, and EMAILED my receipt to me within the time I was on the phone with him. This was particularly helpful because I had knee replacement surgery this summer and have a hard time just standing, waiting for help. I told Josh I was going to request a raise for him, so here it is!! Excellent service by Josh! 5 stars”
