Love using Postal Annex. Convenient location, clean store and their customer service is fantastic; very personable, happy and helpful. Love to peruse their little Knick knacks as well while I’m in, as do my kids, and they always have a little sucker jar for them which they always look forward to. Will continue to use them for my postal needs!

I wish this was a UPS store and something all of us at 5 points could really use and not a glorified gift shop mailing location. We already have that at Alyssa's.

I attempted to mail a package to my spouse over seas, and allowed postal annex employees to view and list each specific item per their instructions. They knew I was shipping an iPhone. I was uniformed by the usps almost an entire month later that iPhones are not allowed to shipped via airmail. USPS informed me that this rule has been in place for a while, and should have been relayed by the employees at Postal Annex.
I spent over $150 to Mail the package so I called PA to discuss the issue, and was told to come in ‘if I was looking for any sort of a refund’. I went into the business and was told I would need to speak to the manager who was not there at the time. I left all of my information, but was never contacted. Really lacking in basic shipping knowledge and professionalism from the manager.

I have been using Postal Annex in Pace, FL for the past couple years for mail box & shipping. Couldn't be happier by making the move from UPS Store (after 15+ years) Postal Annex's service has been exceptional from their prompt e-mail notice of package arrival to their friendly greeting when I enter the facility to pick up my mail.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - way to expensive. They charge your ten times what a box costs and then if you need packing you will need to take out a 2nd on your house. Not worth it and not an asset to Pace

They can't scan QR codes... What kind of post office can't scan QR codes?? You're supposed to be able to do all of the shipping options but you can't scan QR codes for any of them..

I went to 5 print shops trying to get someone to do what I wanted. PostalAnnex was the 5th stop and I expected to be denied but Tom did it!! Looks amazing!! I am so grateful and this will be my print shop for life!! Blessings!!??

Great staff, quick service at a fair price. (Update) Not only is the service still excellent but other merchandise in the store is top quality including the packing materials to the Melissa & Doug merchandise for kids (huge selection)! The place to go to buy top quality gifts for my grandkids! Check it out!

Needed a weekend notary and was turned down by UPS due to the nature of my documents. Didn't stop these wonderful folks from getting me squared away for a VERY cheap price.Can't thank yall enough.
