I switch from Walmart pharmacy to Publix pharmacy it was the best move I have ever made, they have the best pharmacist, the best technicians, everything about their pharmacy is 1,000% they are the best in my opinion

You can call in prescriptions hours ahead of time and there be nobody in store and the pharmacist will still argue with you that it's going to take 5-6 hours. If you tell them over the phone you need it today they don't care and have really poor customer service.
I showed up two hours after I called the prescription in. I was told by the rude pharmacist there was no way he would get it ready on under two hours. I waited at rhe counter and said I'm not going anywhere. Suddenly it was ready in less than five minutes.
Instead of lying to your patients why don't you apologize and say oh, I'm sorry, it's not ready can you wait about ten to fifteen minutes, I'll put yours up now. Because there was one other person in line. There was no reason for the interaction.
The technicians are quite kind but don't expect the pharmacist to do anything other than what he has decided he is going to do. Which is gaslight patients into thinking he absolutely can't get your prescription and fill it now while you wait. There's no reason it should take 5 hours to fill.

I always get my prescriptions filled here, and they are always very courteous and helpful. I love that they have a drive-thru which is convenient.

Terrible service, no one answers the phones, told me no one called in a prescription despite knowing that the provider left multiple messages and was unable to get a hold of staff. I am done with publix

Pharmacist I dealt with read my husband who is a stage 4 cancer patient the riot act because we live 30 minutes away and didn't wait for the notification for my med to be ready and still took another 30 minutes.

DONT come here if you don’t feel well and need you medicine in a timely manner 30/45 mins? After heading in the person taking prescriptions “check” if they have my medication. She tells me “oh yeah your good we have plenty of your prescription in stocks” she wasn’t sure if we did. So I sit and wait and wait only to be told they DO NOT INFACT have my enough of medication. Then to be told to come back tomorrow because they “might” have my medicine in stock. I don’t recomend this pharmacy at all… heading to target instead because I just want to go home crawl into bed and hopefully have my medicine help get rid of what’s ailing me.

Everytime I’ve had to speak/visit this location has been an absolute treat. Phenomenal technicians and hardworking pharmacist! That Tyler guy sure knows how to make me laugh. Keep up the great work guys, you are always such a big help!

deserts are always delicious and sushi is convenient and decent prices but the pre-made shellfish is overwhelming with seasoning, I got some nice lemon pepper shrimp and it was so salty I had to rinse it a few times.

Deli chicken ordered and delivered by Instacart. Wow. So overdone it was not edible! Rotisserie chicken was mostly like beef jerky, like someone forgot it in the oven. Fried chicken was way overdone, my husband could not eat it. Dry as a bone. More expensive than any other fried chicken (popeye's, kfc, winn dixie deli, etc.) Really inferior. Not going to try that again.
