I transferred all of my prescriptions about six months ago for the convenience of the location. I have had nothing but problems from day one. They are always confused, argumentative, and full of excuses. I’m paying more because they aren’t willing to find the best price for you.

The only job of pharmacist has is to count pills and count milliliters not to die people their medication from a doctor's prescription. Who are you? Obviously not a doctor or you would have continued with school instead of just counting 1 to 90

I did a refill on a prescription around 4pm that said it wouldn't be done till the next day. I called and the person on the phone told me "I'm looking at it right now, I'll have it done by 730pm." I went to pick it up around 830pm and was told that it was not filled and wasn't even scheduled to be filled till tomorrow.... Thanks for lying to me.

Worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. There is no way that some of the workers here should be in customer service! Some (not all) are very rude and make you feel like you are committing a crime by trying to get your prescription filled there.

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. Not all the pharmacy techs are bad, but the majority are. They feel they are entitled. However, the store employees are all wonderful!

I have been getting my prescriptions at Publix for several years. I take monthly meds. I very briefly transferred them to 5 Points and quickly transferred them elsewhere because of the rude pharmacist. When my medications weren't ready on time, he complained that I hadn't given him enough notice. He said he needed 2 to 3 days. I had submitted the refill 2 days earlier. I left and came back the next day. He interrupted my conversation with the person ringing up my medications, complaining that he had filled them the day before and I didn't wait. I take 2 medications together, I was short 6 pills.

Went in for a flew shot, they told me it was by appointment only. There was no one in line, no one at window, and 3 people behind counter, and when i questioned them about just giving my wife her flew shot without appointment, i was greeted with a disrespectful attitude!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with by far. On several different occasions, we've used this pharmacy and they are the slowest to fill ANY prescription. Doesn't matter if you are having an antibiotic or child's medication filled, you'll be waiting 2 hours or more. The biggest issue is we have been told it would take 20 minutes to fill something, only for them to tell us it would take an additional 30 minutes. Their location is convenience for where we live but absolutely unreliable to have something filled in a timely manner. I do not suggest using this pharmacy.

Ordered subs online. 1 hour later still no subs. Which was 30 minutes past the pickup time. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not going to be ready even close to the time? Not even busy inside. Ridiculous. Was my first and will be last time getting subs from here.

This is the worst pharmacy. We love Publix and this pharmacy does not represent Publix customer service. The staff is rude and it takes days to get a prescription filled. I never write reviews, but this has happened way too many times for me not to say something!!

This Publix location is my fave not only because it is the closest store to me but because of the great customer service we always receive. Twice this week I needed to place last minute orders for The LEAD Academy Lions Basketball team. The first time I was able to order online the night before and still have it ready by noon even though the site says they need 24 hours advance notice. The second time I learned the day of we needed food so I got online but wasn’t able to order for pickup today so I called the store. I was connected to Dalton in the deli. At first he told me no they couldn’t accommodate that but then he said hold on one moment. He came back to the line and was able to accommodate our last minute request. Shout out to Dalton in the deli at 5 points location for going above to accommodate us.

First off the pharmacy staff is always friendly, knowledgable and tries their best. However it is obvious that they are understaffed. This results in PO'd customers, poor customer service and worst of all the possibility of mistakes to be made from the staff being over task. You'd think Publix would not want the liability of a law suite or a death due someone getting the wrong medication all to save a dollar. Very poor business practice Publix. I gave you 3 stars only because your staff is awesome even though you are screwing them and your customers.
