I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with this location. Thought it would be quick to get some food at the deli on my lunch break. Unfortunately, just 1 guy up there, and he said lots of staffing shortages. I waited for 15 minutes while he served and decided to just leave and go to panera. Crazy when you look around the store, you see lots of managers just either talking or on their phones. Sounds like there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians

Publix at Santa Rosa Commons is hands-down my favorite grocery store. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear they take pride in offering a clean, well-organized shopping experience. The shelves are always fully stocked and easy to navigate—no guesswork, no chaos, just smooth shopping.
The quality of their products is consistently excellent. Fresh produce, well-maintained meat and deli sections, and store-brand items that rival name brands. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It really feels like shopping with a neighbor who has your best interest at heart.
Yes, Publix may cost a little more than other grocery stores in the area—but honestly, I don’t mind. It’s absolutely worth it for the experience, the cleanliness, and the peace of mind knowing I’m getting high-quality items every time.
I love shopping here, and I recommend it to anyone who values great service, reliable inventory, and a genuinely pleasant grocery run.

The deli here is a joke. It’s honestly such a joke. I stopped ordering a sandwich on the app because when I got there, they were never ready at the time they were supposed to be ready. I was the only one in line today and it took her literally 25 minutes to make me a REUBEN. Michelle can’t manage a deli and you need to find an employee under the age of 127 years old to make sandwiches.
