I would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone. They do not take responsibility for doing things incorrectly which causes licenses to get suspended. Which in turn costs their customers money for having to purchase a new license and spend 4 hours at the DMV getting it figured out. I took paperwork in to them that was supposed to be sent into the State of Florida to show proof of insurance. Me thinking that their employee handled the paperwork correctly went on with my life. Then my wife gets pulled over they suspended her license for no proof of insurance because their employee didn't do their job correctly.Now after having them send the information into the DMV 3 times before they got it correct she had to purchase a new license and they will not reimburse us the money because they are blaming it on the state Florida.
