Customer Service has gone down hill. Items continually ring up incorrectly, the people working there don't have a clue and don't seem to care.

FYI, Pace, FL Target location is currently under construction and has a Loony Employee policing the self-checkouts. I actually had a better shopping experience at the Walmart nearby.

At the Target in Pace, FL my daughter left her Lululemon wristlet hanging on a hook in the bathroom. When she remembered she left it she returned to find it and it was gone. We talked to customer svc and they looked in the safe and didn't see that it has been turned in. We talked to several other target employees and nobody knew anything about it. I asked Ariana as she was working and she stopped and took my name and number with a description of the wristlet and said if it gets turned in I will call you. My daughter and I left. The next morning Ariana called me- said that it had been found!! When we picked it up it had all the gift cards still in it. She was the only person that really stopped to help us. Thank you Ariana!!! You provided excellent customer service and won back a loyal target customer.

my daughter asked to get an empty cardbox from the display, which is clearly empty and they have so many. the reason she asked is that she has tons of the doll collection she bought from target. the cashier asked the manager, and the manager said NO. like why??? it’s literally an EMPTY BOX and they are gonna throw away anyway??!! she bought the dolls from target anyway?! and it’s the cardbox is literally trash???!! not very nice.

Tyler and Jason were extremely helpful when I was making an electronics purchase. Jason did rush through the purchase process and made sure everything was accurate with the items.

I will not be shopping at Target anymore. Their prices are ridiculously high and with them discontinuing their DEI hiring, I don't want to support this corporation anymore.

Customer service here is non-existent. We were trying to use our Target Circle app to get a $20 gift card for buying $100 worth of diapers and it took us 45 mins to check out. We were rudely ushered away from the 10 items or less express lane before the employee even counted our items to verify there were more than 10, and this happened when we were halfway through scanning them all. Then at the regular check out, we explained the deal and I entered my phone number and the screen froze, which we tried explaining to the cashier but he acted like it didn’t matter and proceeded with the check out. Of course it didn’t register my number so we did not get the gift card and when he called a manager over, he was extremely rude and said it all had to be done in the app even though the sign advertising the deal said nothing about that. He then wouldn’t even explain how to do it in the app, just sent us to customer service where we sat for 15 mins while two employees talked and didn’t even acknowledge us. When we finally got helped, all we had to do was return the items, then re-purchase them and guess what? Enter my phone number and it worked! Not a single employee or manager even apologized for the inconvenience even though we were visibly and obviously upset over the whole ordeal. We got our $20 gift card but I will be using it online because I do not have any desire to return to the Pace location.

Target is always a nice store to shop in. They have a great dollar section at the front of the store, and a Starbucks Cafe, their customer service is truly top notch which is why so many people shop there. They also have a huge electronics section, and a fantastic array of clothing departments, home goods, storage totes, furniture, there is a food section and it’s pretty much a one-stop shopping experience! Get it all done at one place! Target is on target when it comes to treating the customer right! They are always courteous, professional, they always come quickly to help if you ring for help from a department help station, generally getting there to help you in 30 seconds. And the variety of all they have to offer makes this a great shopping experience!

I would give a negative star if possible. The reason being is there customer service was gaslty and terrible. Spent more then 20 to 30 minutes looking at a bicycle for my son. Five employees walked by and not a single one asked if I need help. The employees were to busy talking amongst themselves to see if I need help. So I left. The only person that was not rude and helpfull was the cashier. This Target has gone to hell and a hand basket with it customer service. This use to be a good Target, but now it just sucks.
