“Abigail and Sammy were very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with a leak issue that I've had the last year with my e-cigarette device. Forums, groups, others stores, etc...no one has been able to help.It is a Smok Mag-18, usually using TFV 18 coils. Airflow leaks since I've had it except for every now and then. I go to shop after shop looking for the right coils for it and can't find those easily. .After visiting Smoke N Vape, Abigail and Sammy helped me understand some things that no one has taken the time to help show me before. . We were able to get a coil for me that was from an earlier version of the device and I haven't had pro lems since.This shop had both types of coils that are specific to my decice plus the coils that Sammy and Abigail helped me with. Honestly, they knew right where to go Employees that know the products they are selling like that in a vape store I have yet to meet and thats including owners.If yall sell the juices I have been using which is the naked brand juices, I have 3 main flavors I choose from, then I will drive all the way from Jay and skip every other shop to come see yall.Thank you for your help, yall are my new smoke shop for good. And I'll pass on the word of mouth!.”
