It is funny over the years that you look at every brick and mortar business and how they changed. I did have verizon a long time ago, but their service I had in pensacola was disappointing at best. I decided to switch to AT&T. At the time because of some Features, Verizon didn't have at the moment. I shopped around. When do each brick and mortar in the pace area? And could I believe the difference in the customer service levels. Verizon went above and beyond. Thank you very much to Andrew for setting up my business account And I believe his name was brian to finish it up. I could be wrong. What's the name I do? Apologize to that. But nevertheless the service What's off the charts good

I just wanted to go on record and give recognition to one of your employees Derek ! I came in 2 days ago and got me an awesome Apple Watch. Since I got there I was Derek’s number one priority he was thorough with me gave me all the numbers and made sure I got the best deal . Never had a problem in store and with people like Derek I don’t think I ever will

If I could give zero stars I would. My phone had an antenna issue, after various support calls and attempts to fix. They sent me to the store for a SIM card change. Which went well, however, my phone still broken. I was essentially laughed at and told to go buy a cheaper replacement as they wouldn't do anything. It was an inexcusable experience as the store manager was the one telling me this as his staff stood their laughing. I have never EVER been treated this why by Verizon. It will however be the last time Verizon treats me this way. You know what my advice is about this store now.

I look online to get the open hours for Santa Rosa commons for Xmas eve. I get to the store and the guy inside starts lifting his hands up then counts to 10 on his hands instead of coming to the door. He was filled with poor attitude. It's not like I saw a sign or didn't go off the time they put on the internet for Xmas eve. Rude staff

Went to store with issue on my phone. I was greeted by the manager Greg and he gave helped me resolve my issue. Highly recommend this location. Friendly staff.

If u come here don’t waste ur time with the overweight bearded guy with glasses he’s about as smart as donkey came here with a issue last month and one guy helped me out was able to solve my problem but this overweight guy I guess didn’t want to lose his breath helping out did nothing at all

I visited this Pace FL store for the first time and got exceptional service from Joe he was Awesome… I came in for home internet and while we are setting up he also was looking for plans that I may be interested in with T Mobile phone service paying the same amount that I pay now with a different carrier I still may consider the service only because of him I am happy I visited this location :)

Terrible customer service was told phone not in stock then called Verizon to find the phone and they told me the pace store did have it so I purchased through Verizon directly and went to the same store to pick it up when I explained my situation to the rep he just replied “yeah okay” and then I find out he is the manager. This was just very disappointing. So if they tell you they don’t have a certain phone call Verizon they probably do have it just hiding it for friends or family.

I've used this location twice and both times had a good experience. Very accommodating and helpful, even though they could have turned me away because my charger (that wasn't working) was out of the year warranty but they replaced it anyway. Thank you to the manager that was working on 8-31-23!!
