Went to pick up prescription for my Dad, I thought pharmacy was open until 7 or 8, my bad they close at 6 on Saturday. However, I was there in line 10 minutes before 6 and there were 2 cars in front of me. When they finished with the 2nd car it was 6:02 so they just dropped the blinds and closed, no matter that I was there before closing. This would never fly at my job, I understand wanting to get off on time but this was just rude, it is not my fault it took them so long with the 2 cars in front of me. The prescription I was picking up was supposed to be ready and no payment due, would have taken less than 2 minutes.

I now been waiting for over 3 hours for a prescription and I'm becoming desperate. This wait is on top of the 2 hour wait at Urgent Care. I have a critical sinus infection. This is ridiculous

I’ve never seen such a poorly run pharmacy in all my days. Long waits, staff that takes more than they sell (if you know what I mean), and terrible service.
Go anywhere but here.

Very disappointed with customer care. New employees not interested. Several customers in line at checkout and the young man was running around in store. I was next in line and he told me to go to photo dept. I stayed there.I put my items on counter and he checked them out then 4 items on sale were charged regular price. I will change pharmacies if this keeps up.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment for vaccinations when you still have to sit for an hour and wait. Not my issue if there was a shift change or they are short staff...I made an appointment because according to Walgreens it was available.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve been using them for exactly one year and to be honest, I’ve been wanting to change for a while because they are the absolute worst when it comes to filling prescriptions. Particularly refills. They always postpone your refills for several days, or they will do a partial refill with a promise to let you know when the rest will be filled only to never hear from them again. One time, I had to call in the same prescription 6 times before they actually filled it. Each time, I had to wait forever on hold to talk to a real person and when I finally did, they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. The intervals where literally minutes… I would have changed long ago but I have several important medications that I get from them including blood pressure and cholesterol medication and I honestly didn’t want to deal with the hassle of changing. The final blow was when they just randomly told me that they couldn’t fill one of my prescriptions there anymore because my doctor was in a different city in an area that is essentially a cluster of different cities. When I moved, I kept my primary physician because I trust him and he knows me really well. The good and the bad. He doesn’t ever try to give me addictive drugs or anything like that and is just a really good doctor. I asked them why and they immediately said I should just find a different pharmacy. They didn’t care at all about customer service or anything like that. They wasn’t helpful at all. Instead they treated me like a criminal because THEY have been filling this prescription illegally (apparently) for over a year. They said they can’t fill certain prescriptions from an “out of town” doctor. Not a single word about this for a whole year. I explained to them that I simply just wanted to keep my doctor who’s office is just in a different city not that far away. They suggested that I get a pharmacy in that city so I have to drive further every time I need a refill. No thank you! I will use a different pharmacy that has competent people that aren’t wearing rainbow flags and ridiculous INCORRECT pronouns on their pajamas that they all wear to work.

This walgreens pharmacy has a worker that displays they them and a rainbow flag on his uniform. They/them means multiple personalities. Advertising their personal beliefs at work is unprofessional and disgraceful. I do not want those who prepare my medication to be mentally ill or be part of a lifestyle that could lead to diseases like hiv, to handle my families medicine that gets consumed.
I am going to start using a family owned and operated pharmacy from now on. A professional pharmacy!
I wont be shopping at wokegreens anymore!

Shorted me 30/60 tablets of my prescription, while the bottle said it was DOUBLE counted and verified. The process to even get them to check the cameras and call me about the mistake that was made took days of calling and going into the pharmacy in person. Every time I need my prescription refilled there is some sort of issue here. It’s to the point where I know there will be an issue every time I’m about to need a refill.
