“They repaired a leak on my truck tire. The staff were extremely busy, not a single person was showing any signs of laziness. They had a 3 hour back up but they hustled and stayed until they were done. Every last employee was extremely helpful and courteous. Wish I could give you 10 stars.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Nathan at Discount Tire absolutely deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provided. From the start, he was incredibly informative, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help in every way he possibly could. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident about what was being done. What stood out most was that he actually cared about helping. I was already dealing with a rough patch in my day when I came in, and Nathan completely turned the experience around. Instead of leaving frustrated, I left feeling taken care of and genuinely impressed. This is the kind of employee companies should be trying to build their customer service standards around. Discount Tire needs to look at Nathan as the gold standard for how customers should be treated. Knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. Experiences like this are what earn long-term customers. After the way Nathan took care of me, there is no question where I will be buying my tires from now on. Discount Tire has earned my business, and Nathan is a huge reason why. Seriously, give this man the recognition he deserves.”

“Oil change. Was done correctly with respect. They told me how long it would take so I wouldn’t be surprised. As I recently bought tires form them, they also rotated my tires while I was there. They know their customers and I believe have their best interests at heart. Thanks, Vannoy’s. I recommend my friends and family to you all the time.”
