“I'm only giving 4 stars because of this banker named *Vlad pierrelouis* I am not sure if thats how you spell his name but he is the most generous banker in there. We went in with this problem and none of the other bankers helped us because they said it was a very hard complicated time consuming case. We came back around the afternoon because when we called the fraud department they said we had to go directly to the bank. When we got there thank God we ran into **mr.vlad pierrelouis** who took us with open arms and helped us with the problem. It took a really long time and I very much appreciate what he did for us.
