If they say your insurance won't cover it, it's because their price of your meds is higher than cvs, Walgreens, walmart, publix and winn dixie. Call your provider and double check.

This pharmacy is pretty good, especially for a small business. The only thing negative I can say about the place is that they don't keep a whole lot of inventory, if any at all. They order what they need on a somewhat daily basis, and they don't order it until they receive and process your prescription. Most of the time you get it the next day, unless it's something that's on backorder, then it may be a while but usually within a week. Customer service is awesome, they treat every customer with the utmost respect and try their hardest to make sure that you feel like you matter and that you're a priority. That's something you don't get with the big chain pharmacies.

Easy to order refills on meds. I get notification as soon as my meds are ready to be picked up. All staff is friendly and willing to help in any way! I love our local pharmacy!

The owner Aaron has a very nasty attitude. He allows his employees to be rude to you and hang up the phone on you. He refused to fill my medicines. I went 5 days without my medication. Therefore I wanted to switch to a new pharmacy, the owner got mad and said he wasn’t transferring my profile to Walgreens then hung up on me. It took them over 24 hours to transfer my profile. I had to have a Walgreens pharmacist call them & press them for my profile to get it transferred. They violated HIPPA on several occasions. Very unprofessional. Not to mention every-time I try to refill my meds they never have a couple of my medicines in stock & they say they have to order them. Sometimes it takes them 3 days to get my medicine in stock and I’m a regular customer who fills the same 5 medications with them every month so there’s no reason why they shouldn’t have my medicine in stock.

I have narcolepsy and the manager wouldn't let me fill my prescription because they won't fill it for adults, only children. So they put me and other people on the road at risk of me falling asleep at the wheel, or me hurting myself at work, because they have something personal against the medicine that my doctor has prescribed for my condition, and has worked for the last 21 years
