Great at handwashing and detailing. However I’ve had several things go missing in my vehicles. Cup holder inserts, covers over my storage compartment in the back of my SUV (didn’t look to see if it was placed back in there because I never thought it would disappear), and my favorite headphones just unplugged themselves and disappeared 🤔. I wash it myself now.

I came in here Thursday afternoon at about 3:45 pm with another appointment at 5:15 pm for my son’s cut before school. I have 4 children total, 11 yrs,3 yrs ,1.5 yrs , 8 months. We cleaned up the trash as best we could but it was a disaster in this new Chrysler Voyager. One of the kids had already spilt a container of baby cereal I couldn’t get up with our vacuum, unknown sticky items EVERYWHERE. Let me tell you, Mark (really nice younger man with strawberry blonde/reddish hair) did a really fantastic job and they kept me right at my needed departure time of 5 pm to make my next appointment. Only suggestion- I wished there was a way we could tip the retailers with a card as I don’t carry cash with me anymore. I’m so impressed, I got the ultimate wash $23 and the $25 detail. Was gonna do the $55 detail but the girl said it would take an hour hour and a half and I just didn’t have the time to gamble with this time- but I will definitely next time. Thank you Palatka Auto Spa for making me feel human and clean again in my gremlins means of travel….

I just love the fact once the guy was done cleaning, supervisor came to verify car was cleaned properly!!!! Now that’s service !!!
