I live about 45 minutes south in Pierson and needed some simple parts for my AG tractor. Even though they don't really handle AG (mainly forestry) Brad ordered my parts and covered additional costs to get them quick so, I would have them in the time frame I needed. Great place that understands and is more than willing to help resolve your issue. As I was set to leave I asked about a hat and ended up leaving with it. Didn't charge me a dime, just thanked for my business. Makes me wish I bought more than a few gaskets. This will be a happy 45min drive anytime to get personal service like that. Thanks again Brad.
