I called to ask if they carried 10 volume developer and the woman’s answer was “we don’t carry that brand , sorry” and hung up. I didn’t ask about a brand, just a general hair beauty question about what they carry. I won’t waste my time even going into the store to look

This is a beauty supply store. They are very reasonably priced. I go in for their selection of semi-permanent hair dye. They have bright colors to regular hair colors.
