Came in to beck with some issues. Tracy was the man. He bent over backwards and worked his butt off to get me in my first new vehicle. Tracy and Shane both did a great job. I thought a new vehicle was something I could never afford Tracy and Shane made it happen. Very happy with the experience.

Had Cruise Control sensore on my Navigator repaired there, the work was fine, but they overcharged me on parts BIG TIME! Over $700 for a $160 part and well over $100 for a $33 part. This is why dealerships have such bad reputations.
