Came into this store on 12/30 cause I have future plans of starting a new line with Boost. Currently dealing with some old provider issues that were leaving me with some big questions and uncertainty. The two female staff members at boost cleared everthing up for me. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Cant wait to Join the Team!

Great service friendly staff. Store hours on Google is incorrect and had to wait outside until store opened at it's posted opening hour.suggest that owner updates business hours on Google services , all seven days has incorrect hours

Liars do not follow through with the promotional deals ,employees are rude , and very unprofessional. They deserve nothing but to do a review you got to give them at least 1 star .

This owner own several stores in the area. We had terrible service at our local store and went to the next town hoping for better service. Before we went we call boost mobile corporate to find out if we had an upgrade available and we did. When we got to the store we realized it was the same people from our local store. Needless to say we once again got bad service. When we told the sales agent we had already talked to corporate and had an upgrade we were told that there was no upgrade before even looking up our account. When we questioned that we were told there is no such thing as boost mobile corporate and since he owned all the stores in the area so " good luck" getting anything. Thankfully we were called by our original store in inverness fl to check on our service and now we are driving 2 hours to get proper customer service. We will gladly give our money to our agent crystal in inverness. Its a shame we have to drive almost 2 hours to get it.

I went there with a friend, and the service was fast and crisp and the manager could not have been nicer. He worked with my friend to get his problem resolved, which was dropping him down substantially to a lower level, which is still more than the guy needed. But he cut his monthly bill in half and has way more data bw than he'll ever use.I have never used their mobile service and cannot comment on it.

Boost was bought by dishnetwork. I have been with boost for 10 years and it is now the worst phone service i have ever used. My data speeds are .8mbps. I was getting 25mbps 8 years ago. They sent a sim card for the "expanded network" and it doesn't work. After 2 days of working with boost tech, they are unlocking my phone so i can switch carrier's because it doesn't work. I have a samsung s10.

Took my friend to the store to upgrade her phone due to needing a better phone. Waited for a long time for the girl to figure it out . Thought she was qualified to perform the task required. Nope, by the time she got done I took my friend home, she assumed all was well until she needed to use her phone. Now here we are waiting for the store to open to get it fixed She had to miss half a days work.
