We have been here over 20 minutes and the sales person has not even acknowledged us he’s too busy explaining how cell towers work to an older customer and her daughter. A simple “welcome to cricket ladies I’ll be with you in a few minutes when I finish helping these ladies” would have been the very least he could do.

I came in hoping to get my Apple Watch reconnected to my phone! I haven’t been able to make it connect. When I came in I was greeted by Xavier and he was quick to help and figure it out even after he told me he hasn’t had a lot of experience with Apple Watches! Even called his manger to help us get my watch connected. He was so friendly and was awesome! Especially because he was dealing with a difficult customer at the same time! Xavier great job 10/10!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I upgraded my son's phone yesterday. The manager Dean rang up a case, that was for a different phone. He said my case would come in tomorrow. Fast forward to tomorrow, which is now today and I call and someone who doesn't give their name says they will not give me a refund of$40 that I paid for the case of which I do not have. I ask for a corporate number, he says we don't have one. Just come in tomorrow and we will fix it. I stress to them the phone is for my 13 year old, and I asked if they will replace the phone if my son drops it, he says it's not my problem, I then say well it's not my problem that you don't have the case, very unprofessional. He said we don't give refunds. I will never ever buy from that store again. And you can believe I will get a number for someone that's over Dean. He didn't even get on the phone, he was having his little puppet relay the messages to me.

I was sold a power bank because my phone wouldn't turn on by the switch. It didn't fit my phone. He tried to return it wasn't allowed. He said come tomorrow for adapter, 3 days and no adapter. Ask for refund and was told not refundable. It was over 3x the Walmart price.

I was SO frustrated with Cricket in GCS. I was told that I should get a new phone and to be honest I just didn't want to spend that kind of money again, I had just bought this phone less than a yr ago. That was really disappointing news. So i decided to drive to Palatka Cricket store because I kept getting these spam notices saying that I'm going to be locked out of Google, Facebook, and my Sim card was going to be held hostage. Well when I arrived I met a young lady named Emily, thesegirl had my phone cleared of all these notices and guess what, she fixed ALL of it. I do NOT need a new phone, but what IS needed is that Emily gets araise!!!. This is what customer service is about. Every Cricket employee can learn from this going lady!! This is the only Cricket store I'll ever spend money at from this point forward!!! PERIOD!!! Emily thank you for your professionalism and your knowledge!! Top notch!!
