We have tried using CVS for our prescriptions, however, after they get called in the pharmacy can never find them. This has happened multiple times with multiple doctors. Once after three attempts, my wife had to go and physically pick up the prescription and take it to them. We are done here no way will we use this again.

This CVS used to be good until they were forced to work short handed so that the good people left. now the individuals that are there don't seem to care how they fill a prescription. if they have a problem why can't they contact the patient who more than likely have an answer but no they keep a script in processing for 7 days then don't fill with the correct insurance. they just make their own rules up and change the ones correctly marked dispense as written and fill with generic anyways. bad bad business.

This store can’t seem to keep it together. They don’t answer phones. They ‘lose’ prescriptions. The constantly cancel orders and don’t know why they were canceled. Worst cvs I’ve ever tried to use

When I’ve been in the store they are pleasant enough but except to ever talk to anyone on the phone. Sat on hold for 20+ minutes with no answer.

Wow, talk about an invasion of privacy and not knowing your place!! This guy in there actually denied my prescription because my doctor allowed me to pick it up early 3 months ago. My doctor decides the date, not this punk Jr. Pharmacist. He also lied to me telling me that since I picked it up early before, it's a Florida law that they have to fill it that many days late months later. I called my doctor and he was furious. This kid needs to learn his place. My doctor is one of the top in his entire profession with several doctorates and over 2 decades of experience. I've been seeing him for over 10 years, but the 20 year old pharmacy assistant at CVS thinks he knows my medical needs better than him. What a joke!! And apparently Walgreens are criminals in this judgmental, self-righteous overstepping punk's mind because they filled my prescription on the spot. You know, like a pharmacist is supposed to do with a certified prescription from a doctor?

I have used cvs in palatka for several years. I have always had good experiences and I love the pharmacy staff, especially Sam, Jasmine, and Tracy. Unfortunately there is a new pharmacist named Satar working there and he is very rude and made it very difficult for me to get one of my medications. He held my rx for 3 days for no reason other than to be difficult. I spend thousands of dollars a year in the pharmacy because one of my medications is insulin and that alone is over $1200 a month. I never leave bad reviews because I work with the public and I know it can be challenging but I would never treat someone the way he treated me. I can only hope I get the other pharmacist Crystal next time because she has always been very professional and nice...... Mr Satar on the other hand is very rude and may cause me to take my business elsewhere and cause cvs to lose money. He is not a good representation of the cvs pharmacy.

I love my pharmacy! Never have to wait long! I really like the Pharmacist, and Pharmacy associates, Jasmine and Tracy as well as the others. All nice and helpful. And love the coupon deals and extra bucks!

The pharmacist is very friendly but the pharmacy technicians (wannabe pharmacists I call them) are SO rude! I have been getting my medicine filed here for a long time and I have never had a technician be friendly, they are always extremely rude. I decided to leave this review because I just called to find out about mine and my daughters prescriptions and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and then aid she was going to put me on hold but instead she hung up on me. I had to call back and wait AGAIN for someone to answer the phone. Ridiculous! If I lived in a. If city that had multiple pharmacies, I'd find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions!

I had A issue with A cashier which i did not expected it i have called corporate and explained what accured" and as A couponer be as cautions I'm suppose to get a call back within 24 hours.

I've been shopping here for a year and there is a great core staff that's very friendly and professional. Tried the Curbside pickup yesterday and sure enough as I rolled into the parking lot one of the gents was there outside with my 7 cases of water. Perfect! And $1.08 total with the $15 try out discount.

As someone who's from out-of-town I can honestly say that the employees here depend on the fact that the store has a great location. I went in to purchase sandals. The entire Summer section was advertised with 50% off. I tried explaining this to the cashier but she didn't care enough to check nor ask the manager. Customer service here is terrible.

What is with the employees here? For instance today, at check out, there was a line of about 5 people. Initially one register was open but someone was just starting their shift and another opened. Constant chatting between the staff members having little interaction with customers at the counter. The individual checking me out became confused while scanning my items because he was talking away with another associate. Let's pretend we are at work... whilst at work.

Great staff!! Very friendly and helpful. The store is newer looking inside and laid out like many other so it is easy to find my way around.

Soon to be changing pharmacies. They aren't a lot of help here. Some are actually rude to you.
