CVS has friendly front end staff and managers. The cashiers are friendly, intelligent, and knowledgeable about products and services. Phone service is helpful, with staff answering questions. Some customers had bad experiences with the pharmacy staff in the past, but new staff has been nice and helpful. The pharmacy staff now calls customers back and has medications ready on time. The new pharmacist is doing a great job. Customers like the reward points and discounts they get for purchases. Overall, CVS has made improvements and provides good service. Customers are thankful and plan to continue using the store. The staff is polite and helpful, making for a positive experience. CVS has stepped up and removed rude employees, leading to a better experience for customers.
Can't get a live person on the phone! Have tried multiple times & with different prompts, always lead to 'leave a vm w/ my ph # for call back'. Terrible customer service, CVS - I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you, next!

Pharmacy staff is super helpful, I have never had a bad interaction with them. Very pleasant.
