“There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful our family is to Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home for the care, compassion, and kindness they showed us during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make an incredibly painful and overwhelming process as smooth as possible. Every member of their staff was thoughtful, patient, understanding, and genuinely compassionate toward our family. They treated my mom with such dignity, respect, and care, and that meant more to us than I could ever put into words.
They did an absolutely incredible job caring for my mom. She looked beautiful, peaceful, and truly like herself, which gave our family comfort during a time when we needed it most. Knowing that she was being cared for so lovingly was something we will always be grateful for.
They never made us feel like we were just another family going through the process. They listened to us, accommodated us, answered our questions, and handled every detail with such care and professionalism. Their compassion went far beyond what we could have expected.
Losing my mom is something our family was nowhere near prepared for, but having people who cared for her and for us with such genuine kindness made an incredibly difficult experience a little easier.
