This has been my far my favorite GNC location. I’ve never had a bad experience. Camille is the manager there and she’s always open to answer questions and friendly with everyone! She’s actually very knowledgeable of all the supplements and vitamins, so any time I have a doubt I know I can trust her to answer them.

The store had 0 of 3 items I was shopping for....this is NOT GENERAL nutrition this is a store for body builders not generally anything....clerk even admitted I was correct. ...if your looking for protein powder and multi vitamins then this is your shopping heaven ....I will not go back....wasted my time going in. ...

Sad to see people having mixed experiences.Mine was positive.Decent selection and the store seemed clean and neat. Stuff are overpriced but the lady behind the counter (I think her name was Chamille?) offered price matching).Got my stuff and some free protein shake samples. Very professional, helpful and friendly customer service! Will come back soon if I need any supplements.

I came here a few weeks ago to get pre workout on a Sunday, I was met by Dalton. He was extremely unhelpful. Stated that everything here was too over priced, and that I should go elsewhere. He also told me that there were no alarms at this location, and wanted to recruit me , I guess for a break in and theft is the way I took it? I’ve seen this employee engaged in arguments out front of the store. Very unprofessional. Will not be using this GNC anymore

Disappointed in this store. Stood for 8 mins waiting for someone to come out to cash out my purchases. Walked to the back on the “break area” and there was nobody. Stood a little longer and said aloud “HELLO?”. Finally called the store while I was in there and some kid ran from outside in and said he’s been there the whole time. Flash forward to today and I have called 4 times since the opening hour of the store and can’t get any answer. This location has very poor management and staff.

Love this place definitely worth going. There's something that can benefit you guaranteed if you are looking for a healthier life. Do your research and find what benefits you the most and the guys that work there are helpful and good dudes. The one in Palatka I can speak for. Good dudes. But good luck and stay safe and healthy! Just tried to stop by at 11:15am and lights on, but no employees and doors locked. Google and store sign say open at 10am. Tried calling and no one is answering calls.

Sunday, Nov 19th... GNC in Palatka should have been open at noon. However at 12:25 PM, after a 35 min drive for me, they were not open. Very frustrating.... One hour trip for nothing.
