Been on the phone for an hour trying to get help about a product I want to buy.. Apparently nobody in customer service can answer the phone or nobody works in customer service.

I was helped by a cashier named cyndie at around 6 pm Sunday evening on 1/12 and she was extremely courteous and professional. I will be back. I spent almost $700 and I was satisfied.
