My husband uses Rigid brand shop vac for his work. He has ALWAYS brought them to the store when there was a problem and given a new one due to their lifetime warranty. Went today to do this only to be told that it has to be sent it. Well this must be new. We asked for a manager and Elliot and Kat came. Kat was very helpful in trying to find one in the store. But when they didnt gave any we asked if we could upgrade and pay the difference. Elliot had no problem with this and made it happen. He had wonderful customer service skills and dod what he could to make us happy. We are not happy with having to send out our product should we need that in the future as we use this tool daily to make money.

They are helpful at the service desk but the air-conditioning subcontractor they use is substandard. We went through a nightmare dealing with them.

Well...it's a Home Depot! We all have our thoughts and experiences with one, so what can I possibly add? Well, this Home Depot is definitely out of the way for us and there are 3 or 4 other stores much closer to us for sure...but we chose to go to this one. The reason why was because everything we needed was in stock. That may seem crazy, but if you need stuff "now" you don't want to wait until it's delivered or in stock...this place was literally one-stop shopping. Plus, since the town of Palatka is somewhat small, they weren't crazy busy. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to look far to find someone for help. Help wasn't needed on this day, but it was still pretty impressive compared to the norm at other stores. The store was very clean and tidy as well. Plus, we walked right up to the cashier without a wait! The drive over was worth it... Note: If you don't know, you can look for items online and can see what is in stock at a store and how many they have. You don't even need to call! Not only that, but it will tell you exactly where to find it in the store by isle and bin...easy peasy!

Shopping for a new frig, I looked online first and saw HD had more choices I liked than anywhere else. We drove to the store in Palatka where my husband had an orthostatic hypotension episode, and Corey, an assistant manager wasn't just helpful, he was thoughtful, kind, and calming. I wish I could recall the name of the young woman who assisted too - Terese? Sorry, I'm not sure. But she was lovely. Thank God we're home now from the hospital, and my old frig might stay for awhile. But judging from the website, HD makes online shopping easy.

Have ordered two items online both times orders did not show up on day,(thats 2 days of work missed waiting for a delivery)did not get a courtesy call saying they we're not coming,don't waste your time ordering from this company online,they do not care about your time,the lady on the phones attitude (when we did get to talk to a human)wasâ€so go somewhere elseâ€and hung up on us

This is what happens when you order your building materials from The Home Depot Store#8531... You get 2/3 of your order. Thus one month, and four screwed up orders later, the job is 2/3 complete, and on hold waiting for the last 1/3 of your order... For a 15 billion dollar a year company that has been in business since 1978, y'all ought to know how to get an order right...But after 39 years y'all still wrong, thus my favorite old saying has proven to be true yet once again, "

We just ordered a electric range and are told it will be three weeks to deliver to our home...I think that is ridiculous...not a happy customer at all...!!!!!!
