“Overall an excellent experience. The room was clean and more than satisfactory based upon my expectations. The front desk staff were friendly both at check in and check out. Professional and courteous while being attentive to my needs and requests. However, the female attendant for breakfast the morning of my check out was not a very personable individual. When she was not totally rude her comments about my companion were less than professional, uncalled for, and a complete misrepresentation of her actual comments, which were not critical or negative in any way. I see no excuse for an employee to make disparaging remarks about one guest to another.”
“Very helpful and polite staff, we had a beautiful view of the river and bridge. Luckily we were there for the awesome Christmas Parade and saw all from our window and got great pictures !!! The only thing we've never not had in a room is a microwave other than that everything was fine.”
