I called about a part couple days before Thanksgiving. They had to order a part from Bunell, they told me it would be in the next day here I am a week later& still NO PART THAT I ORDERED. THIS OFFICE LACKS COMMUNICATION THROUGH EMPLOYEES Nobody knows anything every time I call it’s I’m the middleman. I don’t know anything about nothing or someone else answers the phone as a tow truck driver, the lack of communication in this company and organization IS COMPLETELY WACKED out. I would never ever ever Suggest anyone to using this Junkyard, this was my first time and last time…. I swear to y’all a bunch of Peter Griffin’s run this Junkyard. I called on a Tuesday. My part was supposed to be here on Wednesday. Thanksgiving was Thursday. They called me Friday to meet with them and no one ever showed up this place is the worst to go through they need someone in their shop thats a lil more organized!!!!!!

This place says open on Google but whoever owns this place needs to retire and sir home. Anyway that's what he does. Don't waste your time like I did. Three time. The place is never open. Noone to answer the door.

From the time I called they were to busy to tell me if they had my vehicle parts they said it would be a dollar to go in and look when I get there they would not let me go in because I had the proper shoes that I go in and change my shoes come back and they said they were not covered. they were not boots. They just didn’t want to be tied up with business.

They didn't end up having what I needed but they were kind enough to put eyes on the part before I committed to drive out and unfortunately I couldn't make use of the panel. Even went out of their way to call me back with other places that might work for my needs. Very kind people.

Lazy as all hell.I explained to the lady that I was two hours away. I politely asked if they could go take a peek at the Ford ranger They have on their lot. To see if it still has the “engine wiring harness” in it, (because I’m two hours away)….Might I add that, All that consists of is taking a lil walk, and opening the hood. (maybe not even that much).long story short, She told me that they had no idea what was left in it. That I would have to come and see For my self, if I want something.Your business is only as good as the owner/and or staff…No wonder it’s a junk yard…aha.Let it rot.Small town, small minded.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I bought a used tire. They gave me a really good tire with nice tread on it. Mainly, the customer service won me over. It was wonderful & greatly appreciated. They showed me the tire beforehand to make sure I was happy with it. Tina was the salesperson & she was very kind. I didn't catch the worker's name doing the tire, but he was very nice as well. I had a hard time finding the size I needed, & I luckily found one there. However, they were closing & I couldn't make it in, so they offered to hold one for me until the next day. I got there last minute like 20 mins before they closed, & I didn't know they only accepted cash & even though it was time for them to close, they waited for me to go get cash. It started raining when I left, & the guy still happily helped me with my tire. Very pleased! Thank you guys!
