Living in Salt Springs causes you to wonder if you're in need of assistance can they find you? So I went through various scenarios to get my car picked up and taken to Beck Ford. The lady- wish I had her name- said "why not just come to your house?" Simple as that. On time to meet appointment with the Ford folks. Don't you just love it when a plan comes together? Bob

Eric was so rude when trying to tow a persons vehicle. He told me not to ever try and get someone's car dropped again. He pointed and shouted at me. This is ridiculous

Go elsewhere!Been around car lots since I was a young child and I’ve never seen a worse towing company. Guy was in such a hurry ran my mailbox over damaging security camera and had to beg them to finish the job . Lady was the rudest ever and possibly damaged transmission not dollying the locked front wheels on a front wheel vehicle. They did complete the job and after I took down Linda they ran into they want to charge me for damages they caused to there truck whatever. After I suggested once they pay for the security camera I seen the attitude immediately so I said never mind and hung up now they are harassing me by mail and calls which I’m saving in voicemailsWho damages their own vehicle and expects othered to pay for the damages they caused to their own truckGo elsewhereBlocked their # made notes and will never use them so long as I’m aliveLeave me alone Johnson towing

We recently needed to have our car towed to a repair shop. Johnson’s Towing and Recovering called to schedule the tow within a half hour of me requesting it through my AAA. The driver arrived within 30 minutes of that call. He was polite, friendly and professional. He handled everything. Such a pleasant experience with both the dispatcher and the driver. It is never a good feeling to need your car towed, but Johnson’s Towing and Recovery made it a quick and easy expedience. Definitely recommend them should you be in a position of needing a vehicle towed!

Great experience all the way around! My insurance app gave me a estimated time of 90 to 120 minutes before they would arrive and from the time I sent the request for service to arrival was less than 15 minutes. Trenton Register was the driver and handled it like a pro! Super nice guy and just great customer service which is getting harder to find in most places. Highly recommend and will be our go to if future service is needed in their area. The young lady that handled the dispatch (didn't remember her name sorry) was very sweet and professional as well. Thanks again Johnson's Towing and Recovery great job and great employees!

On Friday August 25th my teenage daughter’s car (a Toyota Prius) broke down on hwy 100. I have AAA for both my girls and myself. So she called me to let me know what was going on and called AAA. The car was completely dead and locked up. Unable to put it in neutral and push the vehicle off the road.A police officer showed up and said that for safety reasons they could not wait for AAA, he would call a tow truck company on rotation to get the vehicle safely off the road. That tow company was Johnson’s out of Palatka off Hwy 100 (reid street)That tow company showed up an hour after (she could have kept the AAA as scheduled) he then advised her, after loading her vehicle there was a $175 cash only fee. What teenager has $175 cash? I don’t even carry that much cash on me. Once she advised him of this he not only changed his attitude and began giving an attitude refusing to move her car off the road, but that her car would be impounded and additional fees would occur. She needed to go to an ATM, which he also refused her and told her that he did not have time for that, he had 3 other calls to get to or he would loose his job. He then advised her thatthey were closed Friday evening and through the weekend, so she could not go get and pay the fees, she would now owe the tow fees, impound fees and storage costs.I went with her to retrieve the vehicle in which the manager (the owner recently passed away) but the manager advised us that although she is sorry that happened to my teenager, it was still $370 dollars to get her car back.I want to also add, I have locked my own keys in my car and called the tow company in keystone heights. They let me pay using my debit card. This is basically legalized theft.
