I went in today with my newborn baby to buy hair color. They don’t have baskets or buggies to carry product in so I had baby in one hand and product and another my baby down so that I can take everything out of my hands and accidentally dropped a bottle of color, right in front of the counter. I told the clerk, Mr. Kim himself that the bottle had busted. He goes on to tell the other cashier to get the mop to clean it up. He rings me up and cashes me out and tell me have a nice day. I noticed he didn’t give me my receipt so I asked for the receipt he started fidgeting with the cash register In order to print my receipt. I get out of my car, put the baby in and my bag and look at my receipt. I noticed he charged me for the bottle that busted on the floor. The aggravation wasn’t that I had to pay an extra $6 dollars it was that he didn’t bother telling me he was going to charge me. He knew what he was doing and that’s why he didn’t give me a receipt because he thought I wouldn’t notice. I pulled my car to the front of the store and got out and told him that he charged me the bottle that busted on the ground and he says yeah you’re mistake, you fix it you buy. As a store owner, he should’ve had the balls to tell me upfront that he was going to charge me the bottle instead of it being a little secret. Let’s just say I won’t shop there again. Be sure for anyone that shops there, that you check your receipts he could be overcharging you, and you not even realizing it.

Horrible customer service provided by John(the owner) the younger lady working there helped us and was so nice. Will not be back and will not support business owners like this. Store was also very unorganized, there was stuff everywhere and also no prices were displayed.

I love this place ,I walked in today , and a women that works there helped and gave us very good service. The owner was very helpful and from the both of them it’s was a delight shopping with them . And even made us laugh alil bit. I love this store.
