Well I think I know why this place only has a 3.9 rating it's kind of like a dump the kiosk aren't working properly and the people behind the glass seem disinterested as far as giving you any help. Also after taking time to go there, get blood drawn, then I get an email from them saying, that YOUR LAB RESULTS ARE IN, yet my doctor said they NEVER sent them to him? so here I am having to hunt them down now ☹️? TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED WITH THIS BUSINESS!

i have been here multiple times, i arrive before they open as a walk-in and they always immediately get me in. the phlebotomists that work there are all phenomenal and very caring when drawing blood. they have always done an amazing job and been super friendly. i would go here over quest any day, have never had a bad visit.

Went to labcorp and Desaray took such good care of me. Even though it was so busy she made me feel like I was the only one and she took her time. Her needle stick was painless and she was a great vibe to be around. I will definitely return!

I was very nervous going in and immediately was greeted with a smile, the group of ladies here are beyond amazing, Desaray in particular in my favorite she always knows how to calm me down and make me smile. Love this place :)

The wait to have your blood draw is ridiculous... The waiting room is completely full always & it takes over an hour to get called. There must be better way to streamline this process

Very professional group of ladies working here. My favorite one in particular is Desaray! She’s the kindest and most gentle when It comes to drawing my blood, my nerves were through the roof and she talked me down and let me get comfortable on my time. She can stick me whenever! She makes the business look good. This girl deserves a raise!!!!

Very professional group of ladies working here. My favorite one in particular is Desaray! She’s the kindest and most gentle . She can always make you smile when you go in there . They try their hardest to get you in & out as fast as possible.

Unable to access my patient portal portal. Have called 800 number for several days. No help and not contact from IT as I was promised three days ago. My issue seems not to be important. Not impressed.

Location has MOVED, and the new location is within an easy(?) walk down the road.The waiting room is sadly tuneless, tiny, and very limited seating, and if crowded be prepared to stand awhile!

great staff, great service.. google maps will take you across the street, and their hours are until 2pm, not 12am.
