I have patronized this particular business back in 2012, 13, &14. That was then & back then, this business was NOT disgusting. Now, there are new owners. I suppose as long as customers shop, fuel, etc, that's all that matters to them. I stopped here to fuel my semi bt, at the top of August 2025. The parking lot was a mess. I went in to grab a cup of ice & buy a Pepsi or Coca cola zero. I also was going to wash my hands in their bathroom which is inside. The bathroom was locked. The store floors needed sweeping & mopping. It smelled like urine in the store. The area where the soda dispenser is, had no ice. Styrofoam cups were all over the muddy funky floor in that area too. I did grab a 20 oz coke zero. I forgot how they do in their stores. Prices are highly inflated. I was charged almost $4.00 for that 20 oz COCA-COLA zero. The counter was nasty & there was a disturbing odor coming from behind that counter. I will not go back there. There was a lot of traffic from who looked like zombies, regardless of their nationalities or races. It's great that business is booming. I'm not hating. Nevertheless, I've worked at convenient stores before, someone or maybe 2 employees need to be cleaning up. Before someone is infected or something. The doors have door handles if you catch my meaning. Wash your hands thoroughly EVERYONE & stop donating your money to any people who happily take it, over charge you, & won't even clean anything until I guess, after they close. It is in a very convenient location. They own the laundromat right next door, same building.

They have Two restrooms. But they don't let you use the second one. If the first one is occupied even when buying at this location. BUT THEY DO LET PEOPLE, THEY KNOW USE IT.

Updated: SAT NOV 9, 7:24am, we came to get gas, the store WASN'T OPEN. Supposed to be open at 6 am ☹️👎The doors were locked and when you pounded on them they yelled, they'll be open in a few minutes, BUT to be opening OVER an HOUR LATE is RIDICULOUS and, AS USUAL, NO RECEIPT at the pump, FROM THE MACHINES ☹️👎

Pumps are slow takes 30minutes to pump $10 gas went to the bathroom there's no toilet paper needs cleaned I usually go to other gas stations had to stop here as a quick last minute. I'll never do it again I don't recommend just move on to the next gas station. And don't waste your time.

I stopped at this convenience store to purchase a cold drink. I liked their signs saying, “Welcome to Palatka.” What I didn’t like was cases of drinks stacked right on the floors. There are bars on the doors and windows. The clerks were behind a glass partition. The store didn’t feel safe to me.

Cashier rob me. I gave her a $50 bill and she claimed it was a $20 bill. Camera shows when she switched the $50 to a $20. Don’t go there, they will still your money.
