Decent prices. They do not install but they will give you a list of contractors who are also their customers who do installation, and you can call them to find out if they can install a product for you and you can inquire what they charge for their services.

They have more customer service than is necessary. However, that means you don't wait long for help. In this day and age that's a good thing.
I go there because I can normally find things the big stores have forgotten about.
