Today i went back to this location b/c I had an old Cricket phone that I wanted to give my youngest. Now a customer of a different provider I had the simlock removed. No money to be made from me today. Dean, the gentleman who was working alone today took fantastic care of me and my boy. It took him several tries and some clever thinking but he got my boy smiling from ear to ear while walked out the door with working phone.
