“I just want to give Stephanie (Palatka store) a shoutout because she was relentless when it came to fixing my phone. I’ve been in the store, called 611 and travelled to the Apple Store to solve an ongoing issue. Stephanie wouldn’t give up until she solved the problem. Thank you so much for your help and going above and beyond!!! You truly made an impact on me today!!! Thank you again!!!”

“Hands down best cell phones experience I’ve had in over 10 years with this company and at this store. I left AT&T after years of a $400-$600 phone bill and transferred all 4 lines over to Cricket. Service has been great, customer service has been superior, and my bill is only $130 a month now!!! Best move ever just wish I would have done it years sooner. Thank you Cricket 🫶🏻”

“Stopped by Total Wireless in Palatka and Carlos helped me switch my phone number over without any hassle. He made the whole process easy and explained everything clearly. So far the service has been great—Verizon’s coverage is strong around here, and the plan is a whole lot more affordable than what I was paying before. If you’re around Palatka and thinking about switching, I’d definitely recommend stopping by and talking to Carlos. Great service and good folks.”
