Wasted my time stopping hete and hope to not return. The store is a mess, very disoganized and dirty I waited for 2 people to look for a part which the computer showed the store having in stock, part could not be found, left smh and empty handed

Because of these guys and my wife getting the part info on YouTube University, we have A/C again. Our Tacoma has almost 200K miles and this is all it's asked for, other than the usual oil change.

I needed a new battery for my Ford Escape. At first, I went to Advance Auto but was told by a worker who came out to the car that he couldn't check it because of the location of the battery. He didn't even try. I then went NAPA and the man behind the counter came outside side and checked my battery right away with no problem. He also gave me a jump. I purchased a new battery at NAPA which they couldn't install, but my son did and all is good. I highly recommend NAPA! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Watch out if you buy from NAPAONLINE - I bought a 2 pack of bulbs, but the website sent the store a phot of a single bulb in the pick list. So the Wife unit was handed a single bulb after driving 21 miles each way to get it. This confusion is caused due to the lazy staff not using a photo of the actual PRODUCT IN PACKAGE. The counter person saw a photo of a single bulb on the invoice, and that is what she was handed- I fault the web team for this. The dealers always say it is not their fault- but it is- NAPA peeps are too lazy to input data correctly, and the counter people do not read the part list accurately. BTW- this same review was submitted to NAPAONLINE and they refused to publish it. I never got my second lamp; but i only got half of what I paid for. The store owner did offer to meet me half way- but even driving 10 miles each way is more than the value of the part. Watch out for NAPA- they will do you wrong and not make it right.
