Had the opportunity to become acquainted with Crickett today. Enjoyed the entire experience. She listened & followed my keep it simple directions. She taught me how to better keep my hair without pushing products. Crickett also discussed options going forward with no pressure & no magazine pictures.

Beautiful salon, wonderful staff and even better customer service. I have a hair product I can’t buy anywhere local EXCEPT NiCole’s. I tried a different product while the one I wanted wasn’t in stock. It wasn’t quite what I was looking for and the owner, Trisha, not only exchanged the product but gave me other options. She also had what I wanted in 2 days. This is why shop local is so important and why NiCole’s is where I’ll continue to go for my hair product needs.

From out of town, came in here with a bad haircut I got back home. Uneven sides, bangs too short, you name it. In maybe 10 minutes, Cricket fixed me UP! Now I’m hitting the road looking fresh as ever. Genuinely such a relief!!! Thank you Cricket, NiColes, and Palatka!

I went today to get root touch up and some highlights well after 2 hours of putting highlights in she took some out and sprayed with water so my hair wouldn't fall out. Then she finished the highlights then washed it put dye on my roots in shampoo chair then washed it out well the whole top was still Grey the root dye did nothing she told me well ur a grandma I told her no way so she said she would put more dye on top she said owner told her she had to put something in the dye well I hurried to dry the top so when she put it on it would take now we are on hour 4 she said she needed to learn to highlight and dye in between well after she washed it out she told me to dry it with hair dryer I told her its a big dark streak on top of my head a big dark spot on top of the back of my hair She should of told me she didn't know how to do it not charge me 200 and I look worse than I did when I came. When the owner realized she didn't know what she was doing she should have did something to help. After wards she told me she started a month ago and worked in a place only cutting hair. I didn't go there to get practiced on she should of been honest and said she couldn't do it. I work as a bartender and have to work like this tomorrow until I can get it fixed. I wish i could post pics

Went here for a haircut and my hair stylist was Cricket. She was absolutely fantastic and cut my hair exactly how I needed it first time since I moved to palatka that I got what I asked for. I’ve been to a lot of hair salons around here and never gotten such great service or such a good cut.

I had an appointment with Angel today for a major haircut and I can’t stop looking in the mirror because she made me GORGEOUS. The salon is really nice and clean with a very laid back vibe. Coming from Tampa, I’ve been spoiled but I am thrilled to announce I found someone just as good as anyone in the Tampa Bay Area, or anywhere, actually.

Literally the best all around Salon in Palatka!
They recently launched their own product line! And the 3 products I've been using for the last month have done wonders for me!
Trisha Dwyer Blount and Jolie Ryster (sisters and Salon owners) formulated these products, and they can be purchased at NiCole's Salon & Spa in Palatka!
All products are color safe and plant based! They smell uh-mazing! And the names are all pretty catchy?
My hair has been so thin since having my son 10 years ago!
But, my thin hair also gets super oily! Trish always says, "I never know what your hair is going to do!" "Ha, me neither sis! And I live with it!" Conditioner has always been tricky because I need it but if it's not clear based then it's too heavy for my mop. This "Voluptuous" combo is life! They have something for every hair type!
Go treat yourself! Your hair will thank you??♀️
