I went to oasis to try to get some preliminary information on some cars. The salesman was very rude and did not want to share any information with me. He was only concerned with getting me to run my credit which I refused as I told him my brother would most likely be financing my purchase for me.
When I asked for prices and cars in a certain price range, he refused to tell me which cars he had in that range. Once again trying to get me to run my credit. When I asked him the price of a certain car he said “if I knew information like that off the top of my head I wouldn’t be out here selling I would be in there counting my money”.
I have never seen such laziness and attitude from a salesperson ever. He could have had a sale within the next day but his mouth and poor customer service lost oasis the sale.

Im not gonna lie I was skeptical to go to Oasis at first due to having heard bad things about them in the past. But I had an amazing experience. Travis, Carl and Aron worked magic and got me approved for a car. I didn't think Id be able to get one but like I said... Magic. Thank y'all so much for everything you did to make this happen you'll never understand how much I appreciate you and what y'all did for me and my little family just by getting me mobile. Y'all are amazing. If anyone needs a ride this is the place to go for sure. I've only had my car for a few days (too soon in my opinion for a review on the car) and it's a '23 - so there shouldn't be any issues- (it rides like a dream) but the customer service is top notch. Thanks again guys.

We bought a car from them a year and a half ago. It made noises and they said they would fix it. They never did fix it right. We were not given a choice to pick from. Will never come back. And just found out when we bought the car they were just selling whatever and did not care if it was a good car or not. I wish when we went they had cared then. Don’t ever do business with them. I give them 0 stars

Aron and Doug worked tirelessly to get me in a car the same day when all the others said no . I came off their lot with more than I could ever imagine or expect , me and my wife are very happy in our dicision to go to Oasis auto sales , they could have let us drive off with a so so car but no they serviced detailed and put four new tires on and a full tank of gas , really who does that , I could go on all day but all I'm going to say if you need a top notch sales team and a beautiful car get your butt down to Oasis auto sales and tell them Thomas sent you you will be happy you did .

If I could give it a 0 I would they told me 500 down they had me all day there they to turn it around to 1800 down there always BS with them don't trust they cars don't last anyways

Sometimes life has unexpected events like your car just had enough.And not everyone is prepared with money saved so ..I went to several places had no help with what I could afford down and monthly within reason ..THEY DID !!! They went above and beyond!! Their car didn't meet their standards of inspections they fixed it had it clean and ready in a week even helped us with a car until the car was fixed .Thank you so much for Blessing us..Oasis family you are an amazing awesome team.!

Be careful with Beck (they own Oasis as well as the repair ?? place right North of it)… my Stepson bought a car from them… got an extended warranty.
Car died in about a month.
They fixed that problem but gave him the car back and a few days later the engine blew because of mistake they admitted to (I think they forgot to put oil back in it but am not positive).
Then they kept his car for almost six months and kept telling him “two more weeks” for replacing the engine.
In the meantime he had no car and yet was paying a huge car payment and insurance so couldn’t afford another vehicle.
They didn’t offer him a loaner and just kept stringing him along.
They might have figured, since he’s quiet (on the spectrum) they could take advantage and just push his work to the side.
I was just about to get an attorney involved when they finally got it back to him.

Absolutely disgusting people. I tried to finance a vehicle. While I was waiting in the lobby I heard an elderly man’s voice from down the hall yelling, “ with that credit score she can get right back in that Malibu!” I was driving a Chevy Malibu. They are just absolutely disgusting. While in the lobby, I also heard them ask an African American customer if she had a credit card at Sally’s. That was extremely uncalled for. They shouldn’t be asking that.
