This is the worst place to get your dog groomed. Tell me to pick her up I get here and nobody can release her to me. They only do half of what I ask. This is my last time dealing with them.

STAY AWAY !! Lady was cursing like a sailor when I walked in . She was rude & snotty , and I didn’t appreciate the way she was tugging on my dog . I will not be going back !!

Too bad the worker have no sense I see people who bring their dogs in and the dog ? comes back out backwards ? I don't know if that dog took clorform or what but this place isn't a place I would recommend ?like my mommy told me you better shop around?

Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate are just a few words to describe the groomers I encountered today when attempting to drop my dog off for a scheduled appointment. I showed up 15 mins late and completely understand that schedules can be tight. I would have gladly and politely re-scheduled when turned away but the level of rudeness and disrespect solidifies I will never walk through the doors again. I have spent time in retail sales management and just appalled that this level of customer service is tolerated.

I use them regularly for dog grooming. A bit pricey, overall they do a good job.

They have monthly discounts from what I have noticed on some items .great way to save money here and there especially if you have reptiles or small pets. When they had their promotion going on for cheaper crickets; my leopard gecko must have though he has escaped into the wild and found a treasure trove of food. Needly to say he did his lil happy dance .at every meal .They have nice prices on the nutritional powders like vitamin d and calcium for reptiles to which is amazing otherwise I'd have to drive 40 miles or more just to find a store that would have similar products. For people that like something besides fish and reptiles they have cats that look like they need a home with rather decent prices too. Most of which tend to be rather alert and people friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and it has a relaxed but still inviting atmosphere.

Made an appointment online for today for my dog at 11:00 am, for a bath and brush and nail file.They confirmed it, dropped her off at about 10:50 am told me it would be about 2 hrs, I called at 1:40 ish and they told me it was going to be at least another hour! I think almost 4 hours for a bath and brush is a little ridiculous, never mind they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know they were running late.Sorry to say we'll be looking for a groomer elsewhere.
