My husband and I were going into the store to buy two pairs of Sketcher shoes, which would’ve total well over $100. I am a disabled person on a walker and a full neck brace. I needed to go to the restroom and ask the clerk working where the restroom was. She very firmly told me the restroom was out of order. Now you have to understand that I am disabled and really needed to use the restroom. I know the store has a restroom because of the it’s employees And she still would not allow me to use it We left without making any purchases It may not seem like a lot, but your store lost over $100 in sales today and I will tell everyone how I was treated If you are a public place, you need to have a restroom for the public and if that restroom is out of order, then you should be allowed to Use the employee Restroom. Me or any of my family will ever shop there again and I have a very, very large family

I stopped by this store for newer pairs of shoes and I found this one to be awesome! This is one of the most affordable shoe stores I've visited and I find most of the shoes a lot more affordable than in Gainesville. The staff was welcoming and I will definitely stop by the next time I pass Palatka.

Amazing customer service! I went in to exchange shoes for my daughter to a bigger size without a receipt and they made the process so smooth for me! Extremely happy with their service! Highly recommend!

I’ve shopped at Shoe Show stores before but this is the first Shoe Show Mega that I have been to. They offer a lot of different brands. Everything is nicely organized.

I ordered a bunch of new shoes for my husband from their website on Black Friday since their return policy is 30 days with receipt (unworn & with tags / original packaging).My husband is very particular about shoes (especially how they look), so he decided to keep 2 pairs out of the assortment (10 pairs?) that I bought for him. Thank goodness we have a Show Show Mega near us in Palatka, so we didn't have to deal with return shipping. We arrived at the store on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and we were glad to be the only customers. (That didn't last long since about 6 more customers walked into the store as soon as our return was being processed.)We were greeted as soon as we came in, and the counter person, presumably the manager, took charge of our return (all while training newbies). She had a bit of a roadbump as we were returning online discounted purchases, so she manually entered all the prices and had help from the newbies to check the condition of the shoes. Return went smoothly after that - required photo ID and my credit card that I used for purchasing the shoes (which I knew about from reading their return policy online). The manager informed me that the refund charge might take about 1 week to reflect on my credit card and, if I don't receive it, to call the customer service line that she helpfully pointed out.)After the return, we did a little browsing. There are shoes for everyone here, and even if you don't want to shop, you'll definitely want to see some of the more ridiculous styles (like the clumped golf ball slippers in my photo). Ended up getting discounted DC kicks for me and 2 pairs of neon socks for me and my husband.I highly recommend this store, online or in-person, for people looking for brand-name shoes on a budget. ?????
