First their price sheet and what they tell you that you are going to pay is not the same. Then I have some young man who rolled his eyes at me when asking about cutting my ingrown. His massage was a joke. He rubbed for 5 minutes and you know how a foot massage is supposed to feel and let me just say it sucked. I won't even run the risk of letting them do my manicure. Needless to say I won't be back.
Stylist: I would assume my nail tech was the owner's son but the mother was just as rude.

I have been here 3 times. The first 2 times were really nice. We had the owner and his wife work on our nails. The owner worked on my mother in laws and his wife worked on mine and she did an amazing job. However this 3rd time we went we called to set up an appointment. They close at 6pm and we get off work at 5p. I asked them if we could get mani/pedis for a 5:30 appointment. The lady said yes and asked if we could get there a bit earlier. We did leave work earlier to try to get there earlier because they asked us to. We got there at 5:20. They had the son and daughter work on our toes. We got a simple pedicure. My mother in laws toes ended up like ruined. He did not paint her toes well at all. She then wanted to get the nail extensions/fills with powder and they discouraged her from it loudly saying “that’s fake nails!”. She just wanted a small extension. Clearly they were in a hurry. The son told her he doesn’t do the fill nails and pushed her hands away. She then changed her mind and said she wanted gel and she even apologized that it was late and knew they wanted to go home. He was clearly annoyed and didn’t say a word. She explained to me that he painted her nails really fast and didn’t bother to push her cuticles back or anything. Again, her toes had spots on them as if the nail polish was ruined and then he frantically painted her fingernails all for about $55. 4 days later her nails started peeling. For me the daughter did my fingernails and I could tell she was also in a hurry. I’m not 100% sure how it works but I recall they put lotion on your hands and ask you to wash them at least 2 times, that didn’t happen. I had to ask if I could wash my hands. My mother in law left feeling like she wasted her money and I don’t blame her it wasn’t good service at all. I really liked this place but I don’t think we will be going back, that was disappointing. In the pictures below, the first 2 are when we went the first 2 times and had our nails done by the parents. The third picture shows the one I just got done on Thursday.

Literally caught a toe fungus!! I have been getting my nails and toes done for 21 years and never have I had my entire toe nail start turning white/yellow under it and then came off entirely. They use the same scrub stone one everyone’s feet, they do not place a plastic in the foot bath for HYGIENE! Which lead to developing a toe fungus. Not to mention they do not care about your nail health one bit. The owners and family are cool people but lack proper nail hygiene and etiquette. They literally rip off your nails when you need a new set. I for one will not be returning and go at your own risk ⚠️. They also do not know what color is nude which is quite traditional for most American French nails. Update June 12th 2024, I discovered I have the fungus in both my big toe nails!! I’m very pist! I have to throw away my work boots, ON running shoes, and all shoes I have worn. Not to mention walk around with disgusting looking big toes!!

I don’t come here often but the times I have, it never disappoints! I love it here. They treat you like family and talk to you as if they’ve known you your whole life. Romeo and Jen are hilarious LOL it’s never a dull moment when you’re there. They are so nice and sweet. I love the work they do and I’m in love with how my nails came out!
