These people are despicable! My uncle passed away sitting in his car. the sheriff's office told us we could pick the car up in a few days. He had just moved back to palatka and he had everything that had any meaning to him in that car with him! We just suffered a devastating loss, and now this place will not let us get his belongings out of the vehicle because he didn't have a will! His daughter has every right to his belongings and they are keeping them! Heartless greedy people!!

My little sisters father passed away in his vehicle. The sheriff's department had the car towed to this location. Owners are refusing to allow her to even just get the belongings out of the vehicle. She doesn't even want the car. Can prove she is the daughter, with police reports yet they don't want to allow her to retrieve the only sentimental belongings he had. It is disgraceful

The auto body part is great. The towing part sucks. We got into an accident they said everything was good and then they came to find out that our insurance didn't cover the accident. The story changed quickly and they got hostile with my wife. It's bad enough that we got screwed by the insurance company on a $15,000 for the car now the tow company has their hand out. I understand everybody needs to make money to live but have a little compassion for your customers work on your customer service skills because you guys have none this is the towing part not the auto body part the auto body part is great.

100% recommend this shop. This shop is awesome. So sweet, patient, and understanding. They fixed my car back to 100%. It's run by a wonderful family who I can't praise enough.

My husband’s truck was in an accident and we picked St. John’s autobody to repair it. I have also used them in the past a few times for myself. We have always had excellent customer service and their work has always been fantastic.

Okay approximately 3:00 p.m. on the 5th of June 2024 I was traveling west on State Road 20 Putnam County Florida when I was passed by a St John's Auto Body rollback truck that was heading west on 20th well the driver was driving erratically weaving in and out of traffic trying to respond to a car accident I called St John's Auto Body and reported the driver driving 2 fast and weaving in and out of traffic this driver was going well over 75 mph in a 50 me hour Zone. When I called St John's Auto Body the lady there that answered the phone tried to tell me that he was responding to a car wreck am I response was he is going to cause a car wreck his self by driving the way he is at a high rate of speed before he gets to that car wreck not to mention he tailgated about six cars when I tried to explain this to the lady she did not want to listen she just wanted to cut me off and say that there was a set speed limit on those trucks well if there is then why was he going over 75 miles an hour especially in a 50 Mi an hour speed zone? If St John's Auto Body has drivers that drives excessively fast like that, think how they drive with your vehicle on that roll back I would definitely not call or have anything to do with St John's Auto Body to the point that I did call I did make a complaint and the lady at the office did not want to discuss the issue she wanted to over talk me and she wanted to argue so that is not business like at all and I will not have anything to do West Saint John's Auto Body for the simple fact that they are not customer friendly and they're not business like attitudes and their drivers Drive Reckless. All I can say is that is lawsuit Central I will definitely not recommend this place for anybody for any reason at all because of carelessness and neglect
