Horrible service ask for help to print tickets the lady was no assistance obviously if I'm asking for help I don't know how to do it she then hands me a card and says when I figure it out they will be available for 24 hours ..????

Most annoying store to shop at. There is literally never anyone at the checkout. I usually just walk about without buying anything because no one is around at all

At 1:45 pm I wasted 20 minutes coming here to hand off an Amazon return. No one was working the ship/copy/print desk. No one acknowledged me nor did anyone say, we will be right with you. I will go to another Staples because I am done coming here.

Poor customer service I was here waiting on a fax to be helped and 2 workers said I will be there and kept helping others that came and I waited 45 min till I went off on her saying how long more do I have to wait for someone ridiculous store need new employee

I like the atmosphere and the selection of supplies this store carries. I come here to buy all of my business office needed items because they usually have what I need or think that I might need.

There are no zero reviews. Horrendous “service” at the print shop. No, you didn’t know I was watching when you took that customer’s bag by two fingers—holding it as if it were dusted Agent Orange. Didn’t even bid the customer farewell.
You didn’t know I knew anything about technology either. Thought I was going to have to beg you for help. No, it’s your job to help us.

Staples needs to address the discriminatory actions of the women they have working in their print shop. Look no further than the reviews on google to see how they treat elderly people who need help with technology… that’s why they are using your services in the first place! Dakota is a POOR choice for management and thinks it’s funny and cute to be rude and discriminatory to customers. Shame on you Staples. Update: you can continue to delete my reviews all you want. I will keep checking and reposting. I am stunned you have the ability to do this. Luckily, it seems as though there are more people complaining about your awful employees at the Amazon shipping center, so hopefully one day your business will evaporate into thin air just as it deserves.

Skinny Young female Generation Z employee at the Amazon drop off counter gives service without a smile, no greeting,, a I don't care attitude stare..she looks at the customer like she hates working at Staples...but I don't blame her...I do blame the supervisors...I can bet they know about it, but are too afraid to correct her..

The staff must give a better service. Needs a good leader/ coordinator to provide an excellent, fast and happy work environment. If you treat the people with kind and respect they will come back to that place.

I’m trying to buy printer ink for my HP 6968.Walmart has my ink for $23-$28. Amazon its$26-$34. Why do you sell your products at3-4x over???? Do you not want business? You should be in line with everyone else. I try to support local businesses, but not @3x over the cost to anywhere else.
