Appointments mean nothing to the people there. I always ask for the first appointment of the day. Three times they have told me to just be there at 9:30 am The first time I had to wait 15 min, next time 25 min, the last time I got there at 9:30 and they weren’t even open. I waited 10 min and left. I’m done with them!

I went in to get a soak off and the older man didn’t know what he was doing or what I was talking about because he did not understand English. So he soaked the acrylic off and took the drill and cut off all my nails and burnt me multiple times and I would say something and he would shake his head yes and laugh. It took another woman to come over and try to fix the nails he damaged. Tore what was left of my nail to the skin. He did a horrible paint job missed a lot of my nail, Then turned around and charged me $60 after destroying my nails. Will never go back again.

Got a gel polish change. The lady didn't take all the previous polish off before she started painting them. She burnt me while trying to take the polish off. She did a horrible at painting my nails and missed a lot of my nail because she was shaking the whole time and she didnt wear a mask and was coughing most of the time as well. When she filed down my nails she took all of my length I've been growing for the last 6 to 7 months. I'm not happy what so ever and I will never come back. My lesson has been learned.

Came in for a regular, simple fill. Pricing chart says $25 for simple fill. Which is what I got. I was charged $35 and an additional $5 for cutting them. I did not have them cut. I even brought in my own polish. And had to blow dry my nails myself. Still charged $40 total. Unfortunate for the tech since I was overcharged, that took away her tip as I only had $40. They did a decent job, but with very inconsistent pricing I will not be back.

My pedi was fantastic but the lady that did my nails did an awful job. It’s been only a week and my gel nail polish has been chipping and pealing off. When called them they said they couldn’t fix it since she doesn’t work there anymore

Wonderful salon. They do whatever they can to make you happy with their service. Josh is amazing. And how do they remember EVERYONE’s name no matter how long it’s been????!!!!?

Walk-in for pedicure, no wait. But...got the slowest nail tech that was skipping steps and most likely needs to be retrained. I'll be brief... had to remind her to cut nails, she used both scrub and lotion all in one rub, only rinsed legs probably because I asked her to, tried to put the dark color straight on nail without clear coat, tried to use old goopy polish until I pulled foot away. Overall, it was the most stressful pedicure I've ever experienced. If you get the older lady nail tech, wait for someone else.
