TD Bank is very professional courtesy customer service you have people that greet you at the door to try to send you in the right direction that you need to go in to help you in any way they can every employee in there acknowledges you when you walk in as a customer they're always willing to help that go out of their way to make people feel welcome and invite people to come back I went in with a friend while she was turning to her banking business and decided because of the atmosphere and the ladies working in there that I felt so comfortable and just like I was at home and I opened an account there hadn't even planned on doing that when I first went but I couldn't leave without opening an account this is the kind of place I would love to do my banking with and I will I recommend TD Bank in Palatka to everybody pay them a visit you won't regret it guaranteed

TD Bank is Canadian owned. If you have been watching the news this last year or so you will know that they have frozen Canadians bank accounts at will. Obviously that is against the rules here in America but I will NOT do business with this company. I was going to open an account with them but after learning they are Canadian owned I will not. Google search "TD Bank froze two personal accounts, into which $1.1 million was paid to support Canadian truckers. The bank applied to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to take the funds, Reuters reported."

Sadly, there is only 1 branch here in Ocala and it is in conveniently located for me. Will need to close account after many years of doing business with them in New England.

My account was recently compromised. Had my money stolen by the owner of a convenient store “ Palatka Food Mart.” An amount no one would spend at a convenient store. TD Bank has done everything in their power NOT to help me. Even going as far as making it seem like it was my fault. I was told “ this happens ALL the time.” They declined my dispute saying the pin number was used as if to say no you made this purchase. The assistant manager even rolled her eyes when I tried to show GPS proof that I was driving when the transaction occurred. At the beginning of the dispute I was told I need to file a police report to which I did. I tried to give them the report number and my GPS information that has been notarized. They declined it at that time. Now that I’ve had to go back to find out the dispute was declined I was then told that I would need to go to the police department and pay to have the report printed out and bring it back to them to be resubmitted. Every step of the way they have basically called me a liar. I have since moved any money I have coming in to a new bank and I would suggest that everyone else close their accounts and move their money before this happens to them. Because again as I was told by TDBank staff “THIS HAPPENS ALL TIME.”

Thieves, your ATM has problems and they know it. I deposited 200 dollars and they never reached my account...and when you go, no one knows what happened and no one can help you because they don't control their ATM. LIARS. You ask for information. From the company that makes it and according to them they don't know...
