Needed a small storage space, they had a great sce with a reasonable price. Very close to my home also.

Scheduled to pick up a truck on 10/28/21 at 1 pm. Get there and proceed with the online check in to get my assigned truck and get told to get my keys inside office. Well office is closed and no one is answering anything. Now my bank has been charged and no one to help me. They should advertise on website that they're closed for lunch from 1-2.
